The ESG Initiative at the Wharton School

2023 Nazarian Social Innovator in Residence

The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania

April 6, 2023
12:00 – 1:00 p.m.

The Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Initiative was thrilled to welcome the Nazarian Social Innovator in Residence program back to Penn’s campus for the first time since the pandemic. Karl Racine, Partner and Chair of the State Attorneys General practice at Hogan Lovells and former Attorney General of Washington, D.C., is the 2023 Nazarian Social Innovator in Residence.

This year’s event featured a fireside chat between Karl Racine, Vit Henisz (Vice Dean and Faculty Director of the ESG Initiative), and Fareeda Griffith (Managing Director of the Wharton Coalition for Equity & Opportunity). Members of the Penn and Wharton community joined us for lunch and a conversation on the intersections of ESG, the law, and diversity.
